The bed was too hard.

I loved the sleep number bed. I have one at home too, so that was nice.

We had to park in the parking lot of an adjacent building, so we were far from our room.

Location was right where we wanted.

We did not get a nice view...but it was quiet.

Very nice, roomy and clean. It was convenient for the wedding we attended at a local vineyard. The sleep number beds were a new experience. My husband couldn't get his right. The air pump makes a loud noise so in the middle of the night he didn't want to correct the bed without waking me. But that is minor. We loved the extra space with the suite. They gave us up grade to suites room.

The restaurant was terrible, small and the food is not good at all.

We were happy about the room and the friendly people in the front desks, but we are absolutely do not want to have meals in their restaurant, very small and the taste of the food is not good.

I liked the bed and sitting area being separate.

Prices of the items in the mini fridge.

The Radisson is a hotel that I would recommend to friends and family. It is not fair from the freeway exit. Also in a good location with a handful of restaurants in area. The room was great, good layout and very clean upon arrival. I would have no problem staying at the Rancho Bernardo Radisson again. ...read more

It was at a good location for this trip. The room size and layout was good.

There were wet linens in the bathtub when we arrived.

When we booked, we were told that a complimentary breakfast was included. The hotel clerk initially refused to honor this although it seemed like everyone else was getting the breakfast vouchers. They ultimately gave in. The room itself would have been fine if they had not left dirty/wet towels in the bathtub for us to enjoy. ...read more
